Mike Steggles FPFS

Chartered Financial Planner

I've spent over 38 years within the financial industry, and in 2012 I founded Steggles Wealth. I'm proud to say I'm a Chartered Financial Planner and have also been awarded Fellowship of the CII (Chartered Insurance Institute), the highest award given.

I can relate and advise both private and business clients, not just through academia. Over the years, I have experienced many of the issues that my clients encounter. I have built a substantial commercial and residential property portfolio and run other businesses, which have provided a wealth of experience for me when dealing with my clients. I work closely with other professionals such as Solicitors, Accountants and other Financial Services specialists to ensure my clients receive a completely bespoke solution.

In my spare time, I'm a keen Open Water swimmer and I enjoy playing Tennis badly. As a hobby, I'm currently sitting an Open University degree in Natural Science.

I'm committed to keeping financial matters as clear and concise as possible when helping my clients. I have been a Financial Planner for over ten years, gaining a great deal of experience helping families and business owners plan for their future and financial goals. I ensure all my client's circumstances and requirements are fully understood and that I am by their side throughout their financial journeys.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing and watching various sports, like football and swimming.

Leeza

Office Manager

Leeza joined the Practice in December 2012, having previously spent time working in the property industry.
She is responsible for the day to day issues involving the general running of the office. She is also responsible for our marketing strategy.
Her focus is on providing the highest level of service and care for our clients.
Leeza enjoys long-distance walking, swimming and tennis. In her spare time, she enjoys writing and illustrating children’s books.

Paul

Paraplanner

After a 15 year career as a Research Chemist, Paul elected on a career change to Financial Services – initially training with several Independent Financial Advisers before joining one of the largest St. James’s Place Partner Practices based in his home area of the Wirral.
After five years within a bustling office environment where he gained extensive experience of St. James’s Place products and processes with an emphasis on High Net Worth clients, he has been providing support to Steggles Wealth as a Paraplanner since January 2013. His role is to conduct research to assist Mike and Chris with putting together “best advice” as required and to write Suitability Letters ensuring compliance with St. James’s Place processes and guidance.
In his spare time, Paul has a keen interest in motorsport and cycling.
Paul also provides services to other members of the St. James’s Place Partnership.
